Con-Artists puts an emphasis on teaching the craft of Cosplay to anyone who is interested. We have an emphasis on touring the Florida Con Circuit and welcome both Novice & Professional Cosplayers. Charles Stark Charles Stark is an award-winning cosplay artist, prop builder, panel moderator and convention judge. With a reach of over 250,000 fans on his social media pages, Charles Stark brings his energetic, fun, and bigger-than-life “Tony Stark” alter ego to every convention. In 2015, Charles cofounded Florida Con-Artists, a cosplay community organization that places emphasis on charity events, trooping at hospitals and hospice, and hosting community workshops to teach and spread the love of cosplay. Based on Florida’s Treasure Coast, Charles Stark has partnered with Hospice, Keiser University, Toys 4 Tots & Healthier Choices for a Hungry Child to help raise funds for those in need.
